Redefining Teen–Parent Connection

From pressure to purpose, with Between Brackets

Doing everything “right” — and still feeling stuck?

From Pressure to Purpose — a safe space between what’s said and what’s felt.

You care. You’re showing up. You’re trying to communicate, set boundaries, and do what feels right. And still, something feels off.

Between Brackets is a shared growth program and space for parents, guardians, and teenagers (12–18) who want to move away from fear, silence, and pressure — and towards understanding, emotional safety, and conscious connection.

This isn’t about fixing a teenager or correcting a parent.
It’s about slowing down together and learning how to grow in ways that actually last.

FAQs

Because effort alone doesn’t always create connection

Most parents and teenagers are trying.
They care. They adjust. They push themselves to do better.

And still, many families find themselves stuck in familiar patterns — repeated arguments, emotional distance, silence, or constant pressure to “handle things better.”

This program exists not because families are failing, but because some forms of growth cannot happen alone.

This Space Is For You, IF

A clear structure that protects honesty, safety, and shared growth

Between Brackets is designed so that both teenagers and parents can do their own inner work — without being watched, corrected, or blamed — and then come together with guidance to integrate what they’ve learned.

This balance is what allows growth to last.

Purpose of This Session

What It Supports

Teen Sessions

Teenagers (12–18)

To give teenagers a protected space to explore emotions, thoughts, and experiences without being watched, corrected, or evaluated.
Emotional awareness, self-trust, honest expression, and the ability to reflect without fear of consequences.

Parent / Guardian Sessions

Parents / Guardians

To support adults in doing their own reflective work — understanding triggers, patterns, and how their responses shape connection.
Regulation, perspective, accountability, and the ability to model calm, presence, and repair.

Joint Coaching Session
(90 mins)

Teen + Parent / Guardian

To intentionally bring learning back together through a guided, facilitated conversation at the end of each module.
Integration, alignment of expectations, safer communication, and repair without blame.

Registration as a Pair

Between Brackets is designed for shared growth. Parents/guardians and teenagers enrol together, move through the program together, and integrate learning together. This shared commitment is essential for change to sustain beyond individual insight.

How Safety Is Held Across All Sessions

All sessions are expected to be attended, while participation remains voluntary and paced. No one is forced to speak or share. Clear boundaries and confidentiality are maintained. Reflection is prioritised over performance Safety here is not silence. It is choice, structure, and care.

Why This Structure Matters

When teenagers feel safe to be honest and adults take responsibility for their own inner work, conversations change. This structure protects honesty, reduces defensiveness, and allows growth to be integrated — not rushed.

How the Program Unfolds Over Time

Between Brackets is designed as a paced journey, not a continuous intensity.

Each module follows the same rhythm — allowing families to engage deeply, pause, integrate, and return steadier.

The Work Behind the Work

Mentor & Co-Curator

Between Brackets is co-curated with the guidance of Shivangi Maniar, whose work in conscious parenting and emotional development deeply informs the structure and philosophy of the program.

Her lens ensures that this work stays rooted in emotional safety, developmental understanding, and long-term impact — not quick fixes or surface-level solutions. Shivangi’s mentorship has been integral in shaping how the program balances depth with responsibility, and reflection with real-world application.

This program carries her influence in the way it honours parents, respects teenagers, and treats the relationship itself as the space where growth happens.

How Registration Works

Parents or guardians register together with their teenager (12–18).
This confirms shared intent to participate in the process together.

After registering, families schedule a short clarity call with Samarth.
This conversation supports:

  • understanding readiness
  • clarifying module choices
  • aligning expectations
  • answering practical questions

Following the clarity call, families confirm:

  • which module or combination of modules they wish to enrol in
  • the cycle they are joining

Payment is completed only after the clarity call and confirmation.
This ensures that commitment comes from understanding, not urgency.

About Commitment

Between Brackets values consistency, presence, and respect for everyone’s capacity.

A Note on Readiness

This program works best when families feel willing to:
The clarity call exists to honour this readiness, not to evaluate or persuade.
